On Practically Managing Overwhelm. Interview with Hilary Jastram [FSTU 054]
Why do we accept overwhelm as simply a part of our increasingly busy lives? While some women wear it like a badge of honor, others crumble to its incessant presence.
Is it a necessary evil when growing a business?
Today Jenn Aubert of LearnSavvy is chatting with Hilary Jastram of J. Hill Marketing and Sick Biz on how to flip our overwhelm to something more productive and healthy.
Hilary is no stranger to feeling overwhelmed. She was diagnosed with a rare neurological disease in 2014. She went from having her dream job to becoming unemployed in a blink of an eye. A diagnosis that would stop others, Hilary went on to create a whole new life, starting a successful business, supporting others on their writing journey and performing freelance work that inspires her.
Hilary is here today to share her experience and a variety of tools to help us manage all the thing we have to do with grace and ease.
