A mastermind is YOUR peer advisory board. You have a place to go to get advice, guidance and introductions. It’s a place to brainstorm and to be held accountable to the goals you set for yourself. It’s a group of people who intimately know the journey and can walk along side you – cheering you on and holding your hand.
We help bring women together that would otherwise not be connected because of geographic location (or they just don’t have the time or connections to do an in-person mastermind).
We help facilitate and take the guess work out of what to do. You show up each and every week, contribute, do what you’ve said you’ll do (in terms of your action items toward your goal) and connect! We are the container – the space for you to get stuff done while connecting with other amazing women.
If you’re having trouble narrowing in – we can talk through that as a group to help you refine it. We often spend the first few calls settling everyone into their big goal. So you won’t be alone.
If you need clarity around your offering, market, or business, the group can also help you get clear so you can move forward with intention and focus.
First 10-12 minutes
2 min each: Each person shares what they accomplished from the week before (the tasks they set for themselves based on their big goal)
45 min (1 or sometimes 2 spotlight sessions) where one person presents in issue/challenge or something they want feedback on and asks questions of the group.
Last 10-12 minutes
2 min each: Each person shares her top 3 tasks to accomplish by the next call.
When taking a hard look at your business, launching a new product/service or rebranding, it can feel like Year 1 all over again so revisiting some of the basics and getting new insight and accountability can be fantastic.
We have had several women through our Circles with more than 5 years experience. They get so much out of the accountability and sisterhood – many wishing they had joined a mastermind years ago!
The facilitator’s role is to make sure that goals have been set, that things run smoothly and asks pertinent questions of the group and the person in the spotlight. She will also jump in when needed and is always available during the call for questions and further insight.
She will also find out what the group needs in terms of additional resources and then provide materials and such when needed.
We’re always co-creating with our Circles! We have created this area based on the needs of our community and past Savvy Circles so if you don’t see something you want you can request it and we’ll make sure you get what you need. We also listen between the lines to hear what else you need and create resources to support the group.
Currently Savvy Circles are offered at specific times on Mondays – Wednesdays. Typically they take place during the day – Pacific Time (6am-1pm PST) however we do sprinkle an occasional evening PST session in too.
You can always pop us an email, anytime!, to check out the schedule. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll let you know what the calendar is looking like and what Circles are still looking for a sister or two to fill them.
We want to begin developing those relationships now. So if you’re interested shoot us an email at email@example.com and let us know!
Since you’re charged monthly, further payments will end immediately. If you decide to drop out at any point forward you will be charged for the month (not prorated) but not for the month(s) after the cancellation. This policy might change at our discretion so please check back here if you have any questions.
